in case that’s a little too deep for you here’s a metaphor: picture everyone having their own invisible “tire” that is divided into 4 parts just like the medicine wheel, in order for you to move forward in life you need to have the right amount of air in each of the 4 parts. Take the “spiritual” part of your tire, if you have no spirituality in your life [what ever it may be] you essentially have a flat tire…but at the same time there is such a thing as too much causing that part of your tire to be too full; it’s importants to find the happy ballance to keep you rolling forward ;)
